The 22nd World Cup taking place in 2022 starts on the 21st November with Senegal’s match against The Netherlands and the final championship match is to take place on December 18th.

Group #5: Germany, Japan, Spain, and Costa Rica or New Zealand.

Group #8: Ghana, Portugal, South Korea, and Uruguay.

 

2022 FIFA World Cup Rewards:

 

  • Total financial rewards will be around 440 million dollars with the lion’s share going to the World Cup Champion of course.
  • Champion’s prize: 42 million dollars.
  • 2nd place: 30 million dollars.
  • 3rd place: 27 million dollars.
  • 4th place: 25 million dollars.
  • Quarter finals: 17 million dollars (4 eliminated teams).
  • Round of 16: 13 million dollars (8 eliminated teams).
  • Group stage: 9 million dollars (16 eliminated teams).
