Public schools 2022/ 2023 tuition fees

The 2022/ 2023 tuition fees for first secondary level are 520 Egyptian pounds

 Public schools’ tuition fees in 2022/ 2023:

 

  •  Grade 5 up to grade 9: 205 EGP
  •  First secondary level: 520 EGP
  •  Second and third secondary levels: 505 EGP
  •  Technical secondary education:
  •  first level: 220 EGP
  •  second and third levels: 205 EGP

 

 How can you pay the tuition fees?

 

  • Through any post office care of the educational project support fund (TVETII)
  • You will need the students national ID number which can be found on their computerized birth certificate
  • The students will receive their schoolbooks after submitting the payment receipt

When does the 2022/ 2023 school year start?

 

The 2022/ 2023 school year starts on the 24th of September 2022 and ends on 8th of June 2023. After removing holidays students should be in school for a total of 98 days during the first term and 96 days during the second term

 

Midyear school break:

 

The midterm school break starts on Saturday the 28th of January 2023 lasting for two weeks and ending on the 9th of February 2023.

 The new term starts on Saturday the 12th of February an ends on Thursday the 8th of June
